Console Login Support
To login to your admin console, please click on the padlock on the upper right hand corner of your site.
You will presented with username and password entry boxes.
Enter your username and password and click 'Login'

Once you have logged into the Client Console you will see the ticket tool.
You can select the options you need to specify the 'support request', 'report bug' or 'send feedback' and fill out the description to give a more detailed explanation.
Once we have received your ticket we will process it as soon as possible and reply to your default account email address.
Add/Edit Pages
Once you have logged into the Client Console you can select the 'pages' tab.
You will see the page configuration tool, where you can add new pages and specify if they are visible or not.
Once the pages have been created you can modify the META information content for each page individually. This greatly improves the performance of the pages and the ability to update the SEO parameters enables you to customise how the pages rank.
Backup/Restore Tool
Once you have logged into the Client Console you can select the 'backup' tab.
You will see the backup/restore tool, where you can backup your complete site including all pages and content. If you have a backup schedule enabled then you can specify how often you want to be prompted to perform a site backup. You can also see the status of you backup and when the last back up was performed.
Gallery Administration
Once you have logged into the Client Console you can select the 'gallery' tab.
You will see the 'add gallery' button where you can select your gallery type and choose a name for your gallery.
There are three main types of gallery view:
Thumbnail View - displays thumbnail images in rows
List View - displays the images in a list with a description for each image
Filmstrip View - displays images in a viewing window with a gallery desription
The view modes can be changed for the gallery at any time.
Content Management System
Once you have logged into the Client Console you can select the 'CMS' tab.
You will see the page dropdown list where you can select the page you wish to edit. Once you have chosen the page to edit you will see the selection of tools available to you to edit the document.
You can select any content on the page and make your changes using the tool icons to make your selection. Once you click 'Update Page' these changes will be saved to the server and the published pages will be live online.
Add/Edit Site User
Once you have logged into the Client Console you can select the 'Users' tab.
You will see the registered users list. You can add a user by entering the users First and Last name and clicking 'Add User'. When you see the user in the list you can click on the users name to select the user and edit their details.
You can edit the pages that the user can access as well as features within the site. If you need to change the username or password this can also be done from this user admin utility.
GoLive Package Updates
Once you have logged into the Client Console you can select the 'Backup' tab.
You will see the 'Backup / Upgrade Application' section where you can select the option to perform. It is advisable to backup the current GoLive application before upgrading.
When you choose to upgrade the GoLive package you will gain additional features and bug fixes if they are available.
